Managed AI agents for small business

AI agents for small business that do the work, managed for you.

Teleclaudious gives a small business its own AI agent: a private operator in Telegram that owns client follow-up, scheduling, invoices and admin, research, and email. Set up and run by Bles Software, from $250 to $350 per month, with no technical staff needed on your side.

The job it takes over

The work a small business agent owns.

In a small business the owner is the follow-up department, the scheduling department, and the admin department. The agent takes those departments over, one verified workflow at a time.

Client follow-up

Quotes, proposals, and warm leads get chased on a schedule you approve, with the full history of the relationship in every message. Quiet deals stop dying quietly.

Scheduling

Appointments, site visits, and calls get found, booked, confirmed, and reminded across calendars. Customers get fast answers at 9 PM without you holding the phone.

Invoices and admin

Invoices get prepared from your records, overdue ones get flagged and chased, and missing paperwork gets tracked down. Sending stays behind your approval.

Research

New leads get looked up before you call them back. Suppliers get compared. Questions that used to eat an evening get a brief with a recommended next step.

Email and documents

The inbox gets triaged every morning, routine replies go out in your tone, and the documents the business runs on come back finished and client-ready.

Not another tool to learn

Managed, not do it yourself.

Most AI products hand a small business a dashboard and a prompt box. That is a part-time job you did not ask for. This is the opposite model.

  • No prompt writing. You describe the routine in one sentence, in your own words, by text or voice. The Bles Software team turns it into a working automation.
  • No workflow builder. Connections, permissions, and recovery paths are built and tested by us, then run end to end with you watching before anything goes live.
  • No maintenance. When an app changes its API or a provider has an outage, we fix it. That is included in the monthly plan, not billed as support.
  • A real team behind it. You can always reach the people running your agent. If the live demo does not make the value obvious, you should not buy it.

If you are comparing this with a personal setup, the AI executive assistant page covers the same service from the owner-assistant angle, and agent versus assistant explains why the acting matters more than the answering.

Private by design

A separate environment per business.

Your agent does not share anything with other customers. It runs in its own managed environment with its own memory, its own app connections, and its own permission set. Your client list, your prices, and your conversations are not pooled, not resold, and not used to train shared models.

Permissions are set per action class during onboarding. Reading your inbox and booking a meeting can run freely. Sending a proposal to a new client, touching money, posting publicly, or deleting anything always goes through you first. You can tighten or loosen any boundary later with one message, and the change takes effect immediately.

The numbers

What it costs a small business.

$250 to $350 per month depending on how many systems are connected and how much automation scope you want, plus a one-time $1,000 setup and onboarding. Founding customers keep their monthly rate locked for the life of the active plan. Details are in the pricing section.

Compare it honestly with the alternatives. A part-time admin at 15 hours a week costs $1,200 to $2,000 a month and works business hours. Doing it yourself costs the hours you would otherwise bill or sell. Most customers cover the monthly fee with a single recovered follow-up or a handful of owner hours handed back.

Honest tradeoffs

Where it is weak, said out loud.

  • It needs two to three weeks to get good. Week one is useful, week three is when the memory and the boundaries have seen enough of your business to feel like a colleague.
  • Brand-new one-off tasks are its weakest case. The first time it does something, it needs more guidance. The tenth time is instant. Repetitive work is where the return is.
  • It will not replace your judgment with clients. Sensitive negotiations, upset customers, and pricing exceptions still belong to you. It prepares everything so those moments take minutes, not hours.
  • Sensitive actions stay gated. Money, public posts, deletions, and account changes always need your explicit yes. If you want an agent that acts with no oversight at all, we are not the right provider.

Getting started

From demo to working agent in about a week.

01

Live demo

Bring one task you hate doing. We run it on a real Teleclaudious setup and show you the result and the proof, so you can judge it on your own work.

02

Setup and onboarding

We connect the tools, agree the boundaries, and build your first workflow. Your time commitment is one kickoff call and a few approval messages.

03

Working, then compounding

The first workflow runs live. Each week the agent takes over more of the routine, and the weekly recap shows exactly what it did so the value never goes invisible.

Straight answers

Frequently asked questions.

Is this affordable for a small business?

Plans are $250 to $350 per month with a one-time $1,000 setup. That is less than ten hours of a part-time admin hire per month, and the agent works every hour of every day. Most customers cover the cost with one recovered client follow-up or a few hours of owner time per week.

How long until it is actually useful?

The first workflow goes live during onboarding week and produces a verified result before handover. Expect it to be genuinely useful in week one and noticeably good by week three, once it has built up memory about your clients, prices, and preferences.

Do I need anyone technical on staff?

No. Bles Software does the setup, the connections, the testing, and the maintenance. You interact with the agent in plain language in Telegram, by text or voice, the same way you would message a capable employee.

What happens to our data if we stop?

Your documents and files already live in your own tools, so they stay with you. On cancellation we remove the private environment and its stored memory on request, and we can confirm the deletion in writing.

Can it talk to my customers directly?

Yes, inside rules you approve. Common setups: answering routine WhatsApp questions with approved wording, sending appointment confirmations, and chasing overdue invoices. Anything outside the approved patterns gets drafted and held for your review instead of sent.

What kinds of small businesses use this?

Consultants, agencies, clinics, trades and field services, e-commerce owners, accountants, and small law and finance practices. The common thread is an owner who loses hours a day to coordination, follow-up, and admin.

Does it work in our language?

Yes. The agent matches the language you and your customers use, including Hebrew and English mixed in the same conversation, and it handles voice messages in both directions.

What if the agent or a provider goes down?

The environment is managed and monitored by Bles Software. If one AI provider has an outage the work continues on a fallback, and if an app connection breaks the agent tells you plainly instead of silently failing. Recovery and maintenance are our job, included in the monthly plan.
